Complimentary Parent and Doula Introduction and Interview : To share in this journey together we want you to feel completely comfortable and confident that you and your Doula are an amazing fit, to achieve your best experience.
Pregnancy package : 4 x 1.5 hour sessions for birth preparation, birth preference planning, labour and birthing coaching, maternal health and fitness, breast feeding preparation and education.
Postnatal care and coping at home strategies. Caring for your newborn.
Unlimited email and personal support : $350
Continuous Labour and Birth support – Side by Side , continuous and dedicated care from the very beginning of established labour, through to your baby’s birth and beyond. Guiding you, your partner and your family through the entire experience of bringing your beautiful new life into the world. Together we share every contraction, negotiate hour by hour working as a team to fulfill your birthing goals. We will work hard with your midwife or obstetrician to establish comfortable labour positions, essential oil massage and breathing techniques as we hold you and inform you through the system so you feel safe and respected. We will provide you with nutrition and fluids throughout for ultimate energy and comfort. We coordinate skin to skin baby and parent bonding, initiation of instinctive nipple and sucking for the first breast feed. Continual maternal care and comfort after birth are also a imperative for precious family bonding time. We then settle you in at home or in the hospital room for your ultimate privacy and rest. At home visit within the first 7 days to follow up on home support and birth debriefing.

Elective Caesarian Birth Package : We are passionate about creating a birth experience you deserve. Our Doula’s will work with the medical staff to make your Caesarian Birth experience as intimate as possible. With preparation, our birthing and bonding plan initiates parent skin to skin birthing and partner support. “Side by side” we guide you through the operating theatre setting so that you feel safe and respected during your birthing moment. We share and celebrate every moment with the focus on supporting you, your partner and your babies first breathe. From the OR through to the Recovery room we support you for up to 8 hrs post birth, creating a calm space for your to cuddle your new baby and initiate your first breastfeed. As a doula we get you settled into your hospital room, so you can enjoy precious privacy getting to know your baby. We work together to plan your household support systems after your birth and coordinate management at home, maternal care, breast feeding and birth debriefing.

Postnatal Service - postpartum Doulas care to you : At home care from day one to up to six weeks after your birth. As experienced Doulas we understand the transition to becoming parents is amazing, exhausting and overwhelming. We support you with time for birth debriefing, mother to mother experience and knowledge. We will ensure continual maternal care and recovery, newborn care with breastfeeding support and assist you in creating a peaceful and calm home environment.
Three x 2 hour visits in the first 14 days at home and three x 1.5 hour visits as requested up to six weeks postpartum.
We assist you with household duties such as laundry, dishes, errands, groceries, meal prep and coordinating your visitors so you can spend get some rest and enjoy precious time caring for your new baby.

HypnoBirthing
Hypnobirthing package - 5 week course - $680
Hypnobirthing is a philosophy and technique that can aide in a less stressful, more relaxing and rewarding birth. The primary belief of Hypnobirthing as a practice is that all babies should come into the world gently, in a calming and joyful atmosphere.
The Hypnobirthing course will prepare a couple physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually through a program that involves deep relaxation techniques, self hypnosis, special breathing techniques, birth education, affirmations and visualisations. The goal is to return the birthing partner to the art of birthing in a way that allows natural instincts to take over and for the baby to be born safely and with ease.
Some benefits of completing and practising HypnoBirthing:
can help to eliminate fear around the thought and process of birth
can work towards reducing the need for interventions such as chemical anesthesia, episiotomy and other interventions
lessens fatigue during labour, saving energy for bringing baby into the world
can work to reduce the length of labour and use natural breathing techniques to ‘breath the baby down’ to the crowning stage rather than pushing
brings the birthing couple together in a wonderful prenatal bonding experience in preparation for welcoming their baby and providing the non-birthing partner an opportunity to be an integral part of the birth experience

HypnoBirthing Package - 5 week course including one session per week available by either zoom or in person. Teaches the principals of Hypnobirthing with practical examples and materials. Also includes education of the birth process to aide in ad-vocation of your birth preferences.
